Ceiling of Stars
Baby badgers sleep beneath a ceiling of stars every night, so does every tree and most closed-up dandelions. Hikers, night-strollers, campers, bats, crickets, and trout are all tucked up in their slumber to the celestial radiance of the infinite. All the creatures we love and respect. All the creatures we’d happily share a beer with.
We have a ceiling of stars - a nice clear night - about 261 days per year on the North Coast. But we only have Ceiling of Stars - a crisp, light, West Coast Pilsner - for a little while. The perfect union of a West Coast IPA and a German-Style Pilsner. Drink it in.
