3-Way IPA MIXED CASE

After months of conversation with our friends at Ravenna & Alvarado Street, nostalgia for the bygone days of a more see-through beer has won. This year, 3-Way IPA WAS a West Coast Style IPA. But then, we compromised. We’re good partners. And now it’s a NEW ENGLAND STYLE as opaque and inscrutable as our wildest dreams.

2022 3-Way IPA - NEW ENGLAND STYLE, brings waves of nuanced fruit expression into a sea of balanced bitterness for a drink with the density of sunlight.  

WC Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Strata Goo (custom Full Spectrum Extract by Oast House Oils), Mosaic, Chinook, and Simcoe

WC Malt: Pilsner, 2-Row, Linc Cashup Wheat, Admiral “It’s the Chit” Malt

NE Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Strata Goo (custom Full Spectrum Extract by Oast House Oils), Chinook, Mosaic, HBC 586  

NE Malt: GW Superior Pils, GW 2-Row, Linc Cashup Wheat, Admiral Chit, Flaked Wheat 

ABV (both varieties): 7%
